Manufacturer's Warranty Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty Policy "This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, motor, electronic component, or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. If the consumer is not located within 100 miles of a Bladez Fitness authorized service provider, Bladez Fitness will compensate the service provider's mileage up to 100 miles, any additional mileage is the responsibility of the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the treadmill as sold. This equipment is intended for in-home use only. Do not use this equipment in any commercial, rental, school or institutional setting. Failure to comply will void the warranty. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, or neglect. Bladez Fitness shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. All returns must be pre-authorized by Bladez Fitness and are at the company's discretion. Bladez Fitness obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Bladez Fitness option, the product at one of its authorized service centers. A Bladez Fitness authorized service center must receive all products for which a warranty claim is made. These products must be received with all freight and other transportation charges prepaid, accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. Parts and electronic components reconditioned to "as new condition" by Bladez Fitness or its vendors may sometimes be supplied as warranty replacement parts and constitute fulfillment of warranty terms. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your rights may vary from state to state."

 

Bladez Fitness shall honor the warranty of all products sold through the internet channel as stated in the owner's manual included with the fitness machine. The only exception to this are refurbished products sold through E-bay, Amazon and the Bladez Fitness website, which may have a "modified" warranty as listed in the listing description. Please see the product description for any details of a modified warranty.

 

Do not use equipment in any location that is not temperature and humidity controlled, such as but not limited to garages, porches, pool rooms, bathrooms, car ports, or outdoors. Failure to comply will void the warranty.

 

Bladez Fitness obligation under our warranty policy is to repair or replace at our option.

 

If Bladez Fitness determines that a product sold through the Internet Channel should be returned, Bladez Fitness will issue a RA (return authorization) and will be responsible for all freight back to our facility. No product will be accepted back at our facility without this return authorization. The consumers' obligation is limited to breaking down the machine and preparing it for return delivery, within 15 days of receipt of the new product.
